Pre-Employment Transition Services (Pre-ETS):
Preparing for adulthood can be overwhelming but Milestones makes it empowering. Our Pre-ETS program equips young people with disabilities to explore careers, build skills, and transition confidently into the workforce.

We offer hands-on training, mentorship, and real-world experiences tailored to each student's strengths. Our commitment to quality ensures every interaction is purposeful. And by fostering self-advocacy and confidence, we empower youth to become respected, contributing members of their community and shape their own futures.

Milestones is proud to deliver services that align with Medicaid Home and Community Based waiver programs, including SCL and Michelle P. Waivers as well as the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation. Our team understands the nuances of eligibility, documentation, and person-centered planning required for quality care and compliance. Whether families are navigating initial applications or coordinating ongoing supports, Milestones offers guidance, transparency, and tailored service delivery. We work closely with case managers and guardians to ensure every individual receives the right mix of services, empowering them to thrive within the framework of their abilities
