Milestones is looking for compassionate, reliable individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals (DSPs). Whether you're helping someone build life skills, access their community, or simply feel safe and supported at home, your work will make a lasting difference.As a DSP, you’ll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across a range of services including Day Training, Community Access, Supported Employment, Transportation, and Respite. You’ll be part of a team that values dignity, empowerment, and person-centered care.
What You’ll Do:
- Assist with daily living activities like personal care, meals, and mobility
- Support individuals in community outings, job sites, and social events
- Help build skills for independence, employment, and self-advocacy
- Provide safe, respectful transportation and companionship
- Document services and progress with accuracy and care
- Create environments where people feel seen, heard, and valued
